I used to sell and I bought a ton of crystals from what not and most people overdo it huge box for all the crystals packed and inches and inches of padding. I don't know what you were thinking it needs to be replaced I don't know what you want ? a photograph. this is never happened before to me . but it was ridiculous how poorly wrapped and protected was my pendant. very disappointed My package arrived in a timely manner. And packed very well. Let me just tell you how I just love love my 3 trees 🌳. The size of them are so perfect, their beautiful, and they are just what I've been looking for.
