Reviews (3,171)Pleasant to deal with. The 3 ceramic items that were destroyed in shipping were simply not padded and wrapped correctly. They were on top of box. No doubt a human error. Was bummed as they were cutest things. But she responded to my complaint quickly and issued refund immediately with no problem. Great customer resolution policy! I got a lot of things. Some were a disappointment but sometimes I think that boils down to the law of averages. Great honest seller with a fun show! Item arrived as promised, perfectly packaged. Thank you!
