Everyone in business will make an occasional honest mistake. How that mistake is handled shows the character of the owner and employees - do they strive to fix quickly with communication, or make their error your problem. Cultured Insoles was apologetic, communicative and followed through with their promises in a reasonable time frame. I have since returned twice, and bought an additional six pairs of Jordans, and more. Do business with this asset to the WN communuty. I love my shoes!!!! fit so good!!!
