First purchase. Delivery in 10 days. Not packed the best, all of the soil had spilled from the monstera. The Hoya was fine. I would buy again if the price is right. Packaging was phenomenal! Plants looking great and beautiful, sent and pack with love and care. Only hiccup was post office delayed the delivery. Now time to take care and watch the plant babies grow. Plants are in horrible condition, most are even crispy. I’ve bought from so many different people on here from different states and I have never ever received any plants like these. I am sorry you are not pleased with your purchase. All of the plants were healthy at the time of shipping and were packaged securely as evidenced in your shipping photo. Most of the photos you provided showed spilled soil but the plants were otherwise healthy. Unfortunately I am not responsible for the state of the plants after they are handed over to usps. I did urge you to file a claim with USPS through whatnot to get refunded for the shipping delay. I absolutely love my three new babies!! Thank you so much! cupidvalentinaplantcoSeller
