I'm sorry to see this review. Since no photos or message were sent after delivery, I wasn't given the opportunity to verify the condition of the plants or offer a solution. My show notes ask customers to contact me immediately if there are any issues, and I'm always happy to work with buyers when they reach out. I stand behind the quality of my plants and the care I put into every order. Everything was dead when it got here. Both times I’ve bought these, I chalked the first order up to my fault.
