I love everything so much First the pkg was not delivered to my door, but my neighbor had it and returned to me. Then the item was shattered, not wrapped well at all. Ceramic butter bell wrapped in wrapped, minimum bubble wrap around it, then placed in a bubble wrap envelope instead of a box with more security. Very upset!😭 I am so sorry for this experience. I know I privately messaged you, but this was actually my first show and my 10-year-old son was helping me with wrapping. I’ll definitely be handling that part myself moving forward.
I’ve already issued the refund right away, and while the delivery to the incorrect address was unfortunately outside of my control, I still hate that the overall experience was disappointing for you.
