I am sorry the package had come untapped during transit. When we dropped the package off at usps I can guarantee the box was fully sealed and taped. Great seller. Great stuff Was sent the wrong item. Contacted him after re-watching the video clip (I WAS sent the wrong item) & he was quick to insist I was wrong. He must not have watched the video/item numbers like I asked him to. I had to contact the WhatNot team (he ignored my messages asking to review it) & they quickly responded. They agreeed with me & refund my purchase.
Not everyone out there is a bad person. But you should atleast acknowledge the issue & look into it before rudely dismissing them. It’s their hard earned money too, they just want what they actually bought!You were sent the item we had to choose for you because you never answered which color and the video receipt shows it. Whatnot gave the refund because they always give the first refund. In the video receipt, if you listen I was counting down which one to give you because you didn’t answer in the chat when I said which donut did you want. So I gave about 20 seconds as always to keep the show going and since you didn’t answer I said I’m given you the purple with the powder sugar. If you would have answered which one I could have but that one is gone from that show. Always fast shipping and fun shows! Then you win said giveaway which is free and shipping is free and you receive it. Then you decide to give a bad review on said free giveaway because you are unhappy with what you received for completely free?! Please help me make sense of this. Please! Great seller!
