I normally never leave less than 5 star reviews, but if the seller had responded when I reached out about my issue, I would not be writing this. I do not expect secondhand items to be perfect, however there was a problem with my order. I purchased a suede blazer and upon arrival noticed a missing button, pen ink stains, and significant discoloration that was not disclosed. I double checked my video receipt to confirm. Although it was not an expensive item, I would have skipped it had I known the true condition. I also gave the seller a few days to respond, so I was not unreasonable about timing. The seller seems nice, but I received no response, which is disappointing and comes across as not caring. Beautiful cashmere cardigan!!
