I had a very disappointing experience with Daley Sports. A valuable card I legitimately hit during one of their breaks was mistakenly shipped to another customer. Daley Sports confirmed the fulfillment error, and there remains significant uncertainty about whether the card will ever be returned and delivered to me.
I remained patient and gave Daley Sports multiple opportunities to resolve the matter directly. Unfortunately, communication eventually stopped, and the issue remains unresolved nearly three weeks later.
Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds afterward matters. The lack of follow-through and communication after such a serious shipping error has caused me to lose confidence in their operation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend breaking with Daley Sports.
