However these things do happen from time to time as USPS does not handle these packages with as much care as they deserve. I gave you a same day refund for the board plus taxes not realizing whatnot already refunds your taxes based on the number I enter so you actually made a few bucks extra back and got to keep the board. A little disappointed that you would still not find this to be 5* service for damages caused by something outside my control.
