One of my favorite sellers on Whatnot! Beautiful items, amazing prices, fast shipping, and such a sweet, fun person. Shopping her shows is always a treat! Absolutely disgusting seller. I have never had an issue with any seller on here before. 2 of the 3 items that came came with stains, another wasn’t even packed in the shipment. I reached out to seller who told me she was unable to directly refund me and that I had to go through whatnot. What not will not refund based on my history even though I sent photos of the stained items. I then researched and realized that the seller can in fact refund directly but that it comes out of their pocket vs the pockets of what not. I agreed to return w a prepaid label still declined. The seller was more than happy to refund me for items that were soiled and damaged that she said she “must have missed” when it was on what nots dime, but as soon as it was her who would have to directly refund she lied and claimed it wasn’t possible.
