I couldn’t figure out for a long time how to make it work since I am severly visially impaired. I thought it would come and be ready to go since that’s how it was on the show. It took me a long time to ins tall new batteries and I was disappointed and frustrated with my disability and hoped for it to come in the same form it was shown to me on the show. Why would they take the batteries out for mailing?? Also the head is stuck cockeyed and will not straighten out. it has a drain on its nose as well. Perfect as always.
