She accused me of commenting bad stuff in the livestream so unprofessional as a sales person.I’m sorry you were disappointed with your experience. These were preloved human hair wigs, and they were sold and described as such. When we discussed your concerns, you stated that you would return all five wigs from your order. However, you are now requesting to return only the wig that would result in the largest refund. I am willing to work toward a fair resolution, but I ask that the original agreement to return all five wigs be honored. I take my business and customer satisfaction seriously and strive to handle every concern fairly and professionally. I absolutely love these bag charms! 😍 They are super cute, well-made, and even better in person. The quality is great, and they add the perfect little touch to my bags. 👜✨ They arrived just as described and I’m really happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be ordering more! 💕 I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. It took nearly 20 minutes to get the seller to respond when I was trying to explain that she had rerun a wig I had already purchased. She assured me several times, “Don’t worry, I got you,” and said she would locate the wig and make sure it was sent.
Unfortunately, not only did I never receive that wig, but I also didn’t receive the third wig I purchased. I spent over an hour in the show shopping and purchasing additional wigs so I could take advantage of the free shipping, only to receive ONE wig out of the three I paid for.
I really wanted to have a good experience with this seller, but this was incredibly disappointing—especially after I brought the issue to her attention during the live and was assured it would be handled. 😢It was my first show. Accidents happen. Sorry you are/were disappointed. You only paid for 1 wig and I also sent you a perfume to make up for the shipping . But sorry for your experience.
