Reviews (13)In order to receive my dress I had to pay $16.85 for the shipping directly to the post office despite already paying the $9 shipping in the whatnot app. I messaged the seller to ask how she would make this right and she ignored me. I am sorry this happened. I have reached out to whatnot regarding the shipping. I just received your message this morning. Please note the item was as described on the live and shipping was done immediately. As far as the extra shipping charges, I have heard of some hiccups with the shipping changes. Hopefully whatnot will make this right. Thank you for your purchase. Dress was in great condition and came very quickly.
