I am sorry this happened. I have reached out to whatnot regarding the shipping. I just received your message this morning. Please note the item was as described on the live and shipping was done immediately. As far as the extra shipping charges, I have heard of some hiccups with the shipping changes. Hopefully whatnot will make this right. Thank you for your purchase. Dress was in great condition and came very quickly.
