Reviews (232)never received cards. I refused to pay $8.38 because some seller cannot ship properly. the time had expired since dc_detroit_313 said he would resend the cards. whatnot expects you to pay postage then be reimbursed. we have to go to post office, stand in line, pay for postage a seller should have paid.. $.78 is ok now and again but $8.38?? I would not recommend dc_detroit_313. I understand frustration, however the actions by USPS are out of the norm.. A local USPS employee caused many packages to be held unless the recipient (buyer) paid additional postage.
This is not WhatNot policy or practice. WhatNot helped resolve the issue for other buyers. In some instances the buyer paid the additional fees and WhatNot reimbursed the costs. In the situation where the fees were not paid, we wait for the package to get sent back to me.
Cards are still with USPS. Normally, any additional postage is paid either by WN or myself with no delay in delivery. Great seller with great prices and service! Thank you for the givvy! You have a great show! MAKE SURE TO BOOMARK AND FOLLOW THIS MAN!!
