You can’t Download apps or anything! I contacted them to try and send it back and get a refund and no response! Fire items only giving 4 star cause they need more transparency on the items. screen on tablet was had yellow tint. I initially contacted the seller regarding the issue and was told they would get back to me, but I did not receive a response. After following up a second time, I was asked to explain the issue again, even though I had already provided those details in my original message. Overall, I was disappointed with both the condition of the device and the communication throughout the process.
