Thank you so much for this review! ☺️ I was sent a damaged product and the seller was extremely rude and very unprofessional in how she handled the situation. She accused me of sending a false photo of the product when she could clearly see the product was damaged while in transit. Very rude and unprofessional! You sent a photo of a product that was posted on Reddit. I also have photo proof. But it’s ok. You were reported to whatnot for this! I was beyond professional about this and I honestly didn’t have to be professional considering this is scam/fraud behavior. Not one item missing. Thank you. And the givvy was so sweet! Contacted the seller and they refunded the items that had issues, but they accused me of being rude by pointing out the issue with selling used and expired beauty products. Extremely unprofessional and will not be purchasing from here again.I didn’t “accuse” you of being rude. You were very rude when bringing up this issue. Not only did I apologize and refund you, but I explained that sometimes we forget to check an expiration date since we are busy and distracted on live, helping other customers. Very rarely do we ever have issues with customers and if we do, we compensate and find a solution. However, blatant disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated especially after we already resolved the issue☺️ My favorite show!!! As always everything came super quick and packed with care.
