Kelly, the Olaplex No. 4P you purchased is brand new & factory sealed. The batch code (243191 C P 11/24) shows it was made in Nov 2024, only 9 mo old. Olaplex lasts 3 yrs unopened & 12 mo after opening. I even showed this batch code live, there is a recording, which I went back to double check just now. I’d have gladly resolved this if it were, in fact, expired, but since you blocked me I couldn’t reach out. It’s disappointing you didn’t contact me first, as negative reviews can hurt small businesses like mine. I only sell authentic, in-date products & I do my best to fix any mistakes.
