The box was not the best shape when I received it. It was already opened. The lid was dirty as it had already been used. As well as the base. I believe that it was said new in box…. I didn’t try to use it as I’m not sure what it was used for. I’m very disappointed and would like a refund. I was shipped an item in a box that reflects the correct item but inside was a completely different used item. The box was shipped in terrible condition and the item was not wrapped in any type of styrofoam or plastic to protect it. Deserves a 0. Came used and missing multiple parts. Was supposed to be “brand new sealed”. I’ll never buy from this stream again as the seller has no resolution to his mistakes. Out of seven wins, they only sent three duplicate sets of cheap toy blocks, yet claimed on automated reviews that I received everything. When confronted, they hid behind excuses about 'random packing teams.' To make matters worse, the five-star reviews praising these giveaways are coming from other show hosts padding each other's ratings. Add in an unfulfilled order from July 23rd that no one can track, and it's clear they are using deceptive practices to string customers along. Avoid them." I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I won seven giveaways but only received three, and every single one was the exact same set of toy blocks. Even worse, the company sent an automated review claiming I received all seven. It seems the claims of a five-hundred-dollar giveaway are highly misleading, and the positive reviews appear to be falsified by other show dealers. On top of that, an item I ordered on July twenty-third still hasn't arrived, and customer service has no idea where it is. Avoid this company at all costs.
