Now, shipping on the other hand took way too long. Waited 11 days for a fan I had won not a big deal shipping takes time. Seller waited till my other items arrived to tell me the fan was broken and wasn't shipped do to it being broken. While I appreciate the note in the box a private message/cancelation right after the fact would have been better. Fast shipping and item received well packaged but the belt is not authentic, unfortunately. Maybe you didn't know. Took several days to ship my items and then my three most expensive items was missing from the box a laminator, a toaster oven and a large speaker I won’t buy from you again great customer service and super friendly Great overall products, quick shipping go check her out!!!
