Reviews (28)I wish there were an option to give zero stars. The item was advertised as brand new, but what I received was clearly used. The juicer had visible dirt and buildup from previous use, and to make matters worse, it doesn’t even work.
Selling a used, dirty, nonfunctional item as new is completely unacceptable and misleading. I will be reporting this to Whatnot. Whatnot should shut these guys down. The worst sellers I've ever dealt with. In this wholesale game, things happen. Things may be used and the seller didn't realize it. Or whatever . But its all about how you handle the issues. And these kids are very unprofessional. Terrible business minds. Short term thinkers.. They let $350 prevent future thousands in sales, had they just made the misrepresented sale right. But instead they didn't respond and instantly blocked me. In my opinion, buy with extreme caution, if at all. Do not accept its " new and unopened"... Ask to see the item. Just look how few items they've sold and then look at their rating. There are sellers that have sold 100,000+ items and still carry a 5.0 rating. These kids are under 100 items sold and hold a mid 4 rating. Terrible experience with these kids. We sell liquidation and customer returns — that's stated on every show. Items can have wear, and we price them at a fraction of retail because of it.
On this order: the item wasn't up to standard, and Whatnot refunded you in full. That's the system working.
We've since tightened our inspection process and we're clearer about condition on stream. Every buyer here gets a response and a resolution — that's the standard we hold. This seller is terrible.. They misrepresent stuff as new, such as the Dyson I bought, but they're returns.. When received it was clearly used. The canister had dirt in it and the roller had hair in it. I sent pictures as proof and requested a refund. I was instantly blocked. No response. No attempt to reconcile or make it right. Item was sent to Whatnot and a full refund was issued. I have relatives that experienced the same issues. Dirty used air fryers and vacuums. They were blocked as well with no attempt to reconcile the issue. In my opinion Whatnot should shut these guys down. You wont see most of the bad reviews or testimonials in here because once you escalate to Whatnot, you're unable to leave a review on that particular purchase. So if someone bought 1 item and it gets escalated, you're unable to leave a review on it, which i think Whatnot needs to fix that inability to share your true experience. What most buyers don't know: I don't get paid until the package is delivered. Whatnot holds seller funds until then. So I'd lose the product and the money — there's no scam to run here.
