Dual device charger was advertised as such. Isn’t until it arrives that you find it is a single charger unless you provide your own smart watch charger, then it is a dual charger. Seller showed me the user manual as proof the smart watch charger was not included. Of course you don’t see that until it arrives. The answer was “sorry for the miscommunication”. There wasn’t any miscommunication, but a lack of communication or failure to disclose important facts. Can’t say if they knew beforehand or not but the seller has to make themselves aware to prevent this from happening. I would have not bid had I known this. Very disappointed but more so about the response. Said they would see if there was something else they could send, but nothing heard.
