Always happy and I'm a return customer. <3 disgusted by the fact my order came with blood all over the bags on the beads..then on the bigger bags..that held them and again the biggest bag also.. but the bag that held everything that held my mailing address was clean... it was known the blood was there.. there was a problem with the stapler the ladies were using. when I mentioned it only thing they were worried about was their friend..poor on everything I’m sorry but there is no way we would have shipped it if we saw there was blood on it. Of course we would have wiped it off or given you new. I’m really so sorry. Is there anything we can do to make it better? I do remember when the stapler broke but neither Order was perfect.
