Mod told me hits would be done on a wheel. when it got to the end. he pulled out a Dixie cup and with pieces of paper, without showing the numbers go in he immediately pulled out a nunber. I told him "hey I could rob people blind with this" and he freaked out, so did his groupies. Sorry but strangers aren't entitled to my trust and whatnot has terms against makeshift randomizer for a reason. he ignored all pleas to not do Dixie cup and continued anyways.
