This doesn't mean you need to take it personally and block the user. That is spiteful and unprofessional.This buyer request requested a return simply because they did not like the items nor did they understand what they were yet they purchased them anyway. The video and descriptions were very clear on the two items they requested for return. I ordered 15 items from this seller. I didn't believe that two items were as presented in the live. One necklace was too short to wear and not described as a choker and the other were prayer beads I mistook for a necklace. I messaged her to kindly ask if I could return the items because I had no use for them. She declined and was quite nasty in her response. I reached out to Whatnot customer service for assistance in getting a refund. The seller felt sore about it and blocked me. Her loss, certainly not mine. Two of those items were clearly represented in the live. Buyer messaged me for a return. I kindly declined her response after reviewing the videos.
