We are so sorry to hear about the mascara. Our Dms are always open and we are quite to respond and resolve any issues. In regards to the body spray. I have just had a look at the video receipts and we clearly state EDP Body Sprays. We say it several times along with it saying it clearly on the packaging. I find this a very unfair review.
