Sent out on the 18th, received WRONG item on the 21st. 20 days later. Still no messages saying item shipped, my bad, nothing. I was asked which neck or facial mask I preferred and I said Collagen and was sent HYALYRONIC ACID 😳🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ I guess so it can peel my face off. The Hyalyronic Acid isn't going to peel your face so the exaggeration isn't necessary.
