I dealt with Cole on a live he seemed like a good dude. Purchased a card through the What Not stream and then decided to check out their online website for another card. Long story short the more expensive of the two cards and the one purchased via website wasn’t shipped. I reached out via email and got no reply, reached out through what not and got a reply basically pointing the finger elsewhere and made two phone calls to the store to find out what was going on. They didn’t communicate to me what was being done from their end. Which was frustrating on top of the not knowing if they were trying to pull a fast one or it was an honest mistake. I still wanted the card but had to file a dispute with my credit card as I wasn’t getting info. The issue was resolved with a refund that wasn’t communicated to me until I reached out again for a 3rd time, weeks after the dispute.
