I'm sorry you weren't pleased with your order. it was a used sweater, but not in bad condition. It was only priced at $3 though. Most of my merchandise is brand new, but the sweater was Pre-loved. Please read my other review I am extremely disappointed in how my order was packaged and shipped. It honestly looked like someone shoved as much as possible into one box without any care, thought, or organization. Items were carelessly thrown in and crammed into whatever space was available, with absolutely no consideration for protecting the products. To make matters worse, several items that i actually purchased were missing, while other items I never ordered were placed instead. There was even trash inside my package which is completely unacceptable. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better quality control, attention to detail, and basic care when fulfilling an order. The entire package looked rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I am very disappointed. Customers should be able to trust that they will be receiving everything they paid for, packaged properly with care. Unfortunately that was not my experience.I'm truly sorry for the mix up with your order. Yours wasn't the only one. I'm brand new selling, and 150 + items sold was a real blessing, albeit, a lot of shipping. I'm willing to make any wrong right. please do message me the items you were sent wrongfully and those missing. Happy to refund you, if need be.Also, I do recycle, so sorry it seemed like too much paper. Or packed too tight. I love my cardigan.
