I reached out to her when I received my package to let her know what happened, we ultimately found out that it was not her mistake. It was a whatnot glitch, this same glitch affected another order that I made during the same time frame. She answered my message right away and worked on getting me the correct product that I had claimed. I appreciated that immensely, as I have reached out to other sellers who have had errors in their orders and have yet to hear back from them working on over a month now. She has a wonderful selection and always has new releases. I would absolutely shop with her again.You are such an angel. I ordered about 200$ of items from her and she send me 5 out of 9 items , reached out to her and she promised to ship out the missing items the next day and days passed but she never did . Reached out to her but no response so obviously I called her out saying why scam people for their hard earned money so she told me I have a nasty attitude and blocked me lol
I’m not complaining about my giveaway (but sending me serums which expired in 2023 was absurd) just don’t send anything that would be fine.
Firstly telling me that you had medical issues so you couldn’t pay attention about my order but going live the very next day was a bit weird again . Go ahead reply to this review and justify all you want for other people who see this review
