I didn’t see any tracking so followed up with message asking for an update. No response. I sent another message on 7/8 that if I didn’t hear back with tracking by end of day, I would need to contact WN support ( something I have never had to do before). The bag was finally mailed on 7/8. I finally received the bag HOWEVER never received the COA that was paid for. I sent multiple messages only to receive no response. I had no choice but elevate WN support. I’m disappointed because I had purchased from Jared in the past and really wanted to continue to business with him. The LV earbuds were described as brand new - they are obviously used and do not work, missing cord to charge and various ear pieces to change size. I paired with multiple devices to no avail. I would like to return and receive a refund which I have escalated to you with no response.
