Package came open and missing items, make up sponges were filthy and had to be discarded. hey i’m so sorry to hear about this. the boxes were all sealed shut when i sent them off. i showed everything on camera when i packaged it, everything was brand new and there. i also had this issue with another person who ordered and they said that usps actually opened their package mid way to them for inspection so there’s came open as well, which caused some issues. and if that was the case with you as well, it was nothing of my doing . i’m still sorry to hear about this though and if you could message me id be happy to help correct and solve the issue So happy with my order! Can't wait to read them all. packaging amazing, fast shipping, love the seller, only 1 issue that I never saw was the fifty shades trilogy had stained pages and I didn't see that and was not told about them. But I'd still order again. the rest was amazing. so sorry about the trilogy, i wasn’t even aware as i never read the books, i only knew of the yellowing of the pages, i will make sure to start looking better. thank you for the honest feedback!
