Seller was not responsive to messages when the tracking was not showing up in the app. This is out of their control, but from my end it looked like the items hadn’t shipped even after a few days. The items showed up with no problem so still giving 5 stars! The lack of response was disappointing though. Dex always has the best streams and always takes care when packaging the items.
