Packaged was not delivered because it was being held by USPS and it had a postage due of $10.50. In other words, I paid for shipping twice. the initial from winning the auction and the moment it arrived. Another $10.50 all because the seller only paid for a 13oz package when reality it was 3lb package. Can't be cutting corners or list your items with the incorrect weight or else USPS will hold the package till it gets paid and the buyers get screwed by paying extra. In turn, I finally got my package after 2 weeks going back and forth with them. Also, seller was completely quiet the whole time. good seller fast shipping great seller fast shipping items are very well packaged
