Items exactly as shown. So happy with my items! Shipped items 3 weeks later, with one shipped a month later. That would be okay if the seller had communicated it. I was the one reaching out. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing ongoing issues with our local postal service that are outside of our control. I completely understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. I take a lot of care when wrapping and packaging each item, especially fragile pieces, so it’s always disappointing to hear when something is damaged during transit. Unfortunately, once a package is in the carrier’s possession, handling is outside of my control.
Please send me photos of the damaged item, the packaging materials, and the outside of the shipping box, including any visible damage.
