Reviews (467)I have experienced this issue with this seller twice. The first time, I did not receive all of the items in my order, but the seller resolved the problem promptly. Because of that positive experience, I continued purchasing from them several more times.
Unfortunately, today I once again did not receive all of the items I ordered. When I reached out to the seller for assistance, I was blocked instead of receiving help. I am very disappointed by how this situation was handled, especially after being a repeat customer. 🥺dirtroadrunway_boutiqueSeller

I do want to clarify that I never intended to leave you without help. Both times, I fully packaged and shipped your complete order from my end. After the first order, I worked with you and even offered a refund because I genuinely wanted to make things right.
When the same situation happened a second time, despite never having experienced this issue with any other customer, I was put in an incredibly difficult position. I was being accused I’m obsessed!
