This isn’t what i bid on and got Everything is in phenomenal shape! Thanks for the givvys too!! When I first got it, everything came in and everything looked perfect. There are a couple scratches, but that’s OK because Its honestly gonna be hidden anyway, but whenever I first turned it on, it started making this clinking noise. I was like what is this and I thought it was the fan and I opened the inside of the box and the fan was disconnected from the thing itself so I reconnected it and everything and it works perfectly fine, but this is a good purchase. This is a huge purchase for me and I’m glad that I bought this so I can do whatever. I might order from this company again!

received beautifully wrapped unfortunately I did get a power cord shipping was very slow, package was presumed lost, it was a but if a surprise when it arrived- items were also damaged in shipping- box was clearly abused but the packaging didn't offer too much protection either. resolution took about 2 days. shipper didn't do anything super wrong - mostly usps issues, packaging needs to be better when shipping loose monitors especially. works well so far and was as described Took a while to get to shipping address,but wasn't the sellers fault. The Chromebook arrived quickly and in great condition for a refurbished unit. Everything works smoothly, and the 2-in-1 flip functionality is super convenient.
