She quickly messaged me when she saw, and apologized and reassured me it would go out as soon as possible. As a seller, I understood this completely. It happens, as our lives don’t often revolve around this app. However, she included several small gifts and tokens of her appreciation for my patience, that put a BIG smile on my face. Did she have to do that? Absolutely not. I would have been satisfied with my Baloo doorable. Did create a loyal client in me, and provide me a great experience? Yes!
