lovely items, great price and very quick shipping. thank you Love love love thank you 🤩 i really love the items for my kids thank you perfect thank you so much, it arrived so fast too would never usually put a bad review but i received part of my parcel damaged then they decided to message calling my a liar as they have a picture of it being delivered the item was packed properly and yes obviously got damaged in transit but how they have handled this is just awful and now im blocked because i spoke the truth i would highly avoid Hi Rachel, the parcel was not damaged on the photos received from Royal Mail, the box and parcel is in perfect condition and there no damage, when asked for a photo you became really rude and defensive, we was generally upset and hurt that people claim things back when the iteam is fine. Whatnot discussed with us that you have claimed a few times for things and that can we send our evidence of pictures which is why we messaged, hence why we messaged you to understand why, we are extremely hurt by this, please don’t use our show as a place to claim back it’s not fair and very unkind.
