Reviews (199)Thank you.🙏 Very nice selections came in safe & sound. Sonny angel-rainy day axel had good sized scratch on raincoat. Also small scratches. Seller did not disclose when I inquired to purchase! She also seemed to be setting Sonny down on side so scratch didn’t show and used her thumb to cover it when picking up. Claimed the scratch happened in shipping then said they disclosed it when they first started show/before I entered in which prove they tried to lie. Again when I entered show and asked price etc.. it was not mentioned at all. Very deceptive. Buyer also blocked me when I tried to handle it with her through messages. Poorly packaged for shipping as well. Buyers BEWARE! False and reported. This buyer had this item for about a week and then messaged us about a manufacturing flaw that’s out of our control. Even sending us screenshots and saying that we did disclose the flaw but it was before she came in and bid mid auction. Then she messaged us that “the Sonny Angel Community doesn’t take these things lightly…” Basically threatening that she will give us a bad review for not giving her a refund or something. Some people are just so miserable and want to bring others down. They changed their story several times and we have receipts. We will NOT be threatened. TY Thank you for the stickers!
