I don’t know if I was accidentally blocked, but I couldn’t reach out to you directly. I saw that whatnot refunded you for the item. I do still have the harmonica and was willing to cover the shipping for the return item and to ship you the correct one. I think the show and product are where very good. However I think the customer service needs work. Sent two messages and not one response maybe you don’t like the question but at least respond.
