I messaged the seller to attempt to clear it up and possibly get a refund or return the item and her response was “I’m a single mom with no help, I hadn’t had an opportunity to look at all the items I sold”. Then she blocked me. I would have been happy with a partial refund and would’ve happily returned the item. Another seller had promoted her in their show, which is how I found this seller in the first place. I’m disappointed that she will continue to sell items that are not prepared and list them as NWOT when they are clearly worn and damaged.
