Most importantly I reached out to him twice to make it right and he never responded. So unfortunately I have to go through Whatnot to try and get my money back!! The rest of the shoes were just as advertised, but I’m a bit old school and still believe customer satisfaction is still a thing. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Got the shoes and they were anything but clean. Straight going in the trash of goodwill. Can't complain, free givvy - pair of ankle socks 🤷🏻♀️ One of my pairs looked great on the video but had cracking around the shoe. That was not mentioned at all. I would still have bought them, but at least bring up the callouts. The shoes have scratches. I dont see it in the video..!
