Seller didn't communicate that items wouldn't say sand and fog on merchandise. The items are decants. As shown in the video receipt, I explained multiple times that each one is a 5 mL dropper filled from the original fragrance bottle. Decants are a very common way to purchase a sample of a larger bottle.
They are labeled so you know which fragrance is in each bottle. Without labels, there would be no way to identify the scents.
Regarding my handwriting, I do have nerve damage in my hand, which can make writing difficult at times. I understand if it isn’t perfect, but I would appreciate the same courtesy and respect that I try to show my customers. Great but late shipping dollhousethriftstoreSeller
I’m so sorry your package arrived later than expected. Unfortunately, shipping delays do happen, and USPS tracking isn’t always updated as quickly or accurately as we’d all like. I truly appreciate your patience, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. BUYERS BEWARE!! Selling used sand and fog items, lied about quantities on stream and refused to immediately cancel my orders once several people realized she was selling used items!! Do not shop here!!! I’ve never had to leave a review like this but that’s just nasty sending people used body scrubs and roller ball body oils!!!! Like some of us actually care about our bodies and skin!!! U swiped an item then asked for a swap despite my posted NO CANCELS/SWAPS policy. I STILL made an exception & offered a body butter, but it had already sold on another platform and was mistakenly sitting aside. I offered the matching scrub instead. U called me a liar, so I ended the courtesy swap. U left this part out- i STILL sent ur original item, the scrub for free, & a 3-page handwritten letter. I disclose used oils & these same products are tested in stores every day so the contact dermatitis comment makes no sense. Lucky for me-People can usually tell when a review is written of spite. Didn't attempt to secure bottle with tape or padding and it leaked out during shipping. Not happy, nor impressed and won't order again. Shipping is a scam. dollhousethriftstoreSeller
