Great collection you have and variety Seller unilaterally decided to not fully honor shipment of a fairly significant followers giveaway they ran and they sent something else of far less in value instead. This appears to have been intentional. What is further alarming is that another user in the chat encouraged the seller to do this because the recourse and compensation to the winner doesn’t amount to much. It’s more about being honorable and instilling trust with those that attend your shows. Seller evidentially didn’t like that nothing was purchased during the show but per WhatNot policy there is no purchase required to win a followers giveaway, nor does the winner have to respond. Had another user not encouraged to swap the giveaway i fairly and legitimately won I would have been more than reasonable to compromise if a mistake had been made. Sellers having a “choice” to not honor a giveaway they ran sets a bad precedent and reflects poorly. Would have definitely purchased in the future but now won’t be back.
