Unfortunately there was some confusion - the receipt says “posters.” The title and description both clearly stated the listing was for “posters.” The photos are only of posters. In the video receipt I thanked buyer for purchasing the “posters” aloud. I was never contacted about any issue, so I reached out to offer a return/refund after seeing this. I’m not sure what else I can do here. I always try my best to have nice shows, describe all items in detail, and make quality products for folks. Hopefully the buyer will consider removing this unfair review. She makes amazing products Very happy with my beads.
