Hey, I see that you reached out and I told you to ask for a refund through Whatnot and I would take care of you. Unfortunately, that can happen when we have all of our products come from target Pallet liquidations. I am from Pallets can be new or used, but here is the difference between other Sellers and myself. There are many sellers on here that sell items as is and no refunds. If something is ever wrong right when you receive an item, I’m always there to take care of the Customer because that’s not fair that you would receive something that doesn’t work. Didn’t receive one. The seller responded quickly and resolved the issue. My freshies smell awesome and i love that they clip onto the vents.
