Never received says delivered and was not Hi there. I’m so sorry to hear that you never received your order. Everything is shipped out per USPS, once the item is shipped by us, shipping is then out of our hands. I’ve sent you a personal message to see how we can further help you! Thank you. Poor experience overall. I spent hundreds of dollars on items, and the shipping was careless—overstuffed poly bags that ripped open in transit, with one package needing to be fully rewrapped by USPS. On top of that, most items arrived with undisclosed stains or damage, making them unwearable. When I reached out, the seller dismissed it as “as-is” due to low prices & “preloved”— which isn’t how this platform works. It’s the seller’s responsibility to inspect and disclose flaws; otherwise buyers can’t make informed bids.
Seller asked me to go through Whatnot, which I did, and was then blocked. Disappointing experience. BUYERS BEWARE! I want to clarify, when you initially reached out, I refunded you for the items that were damaged. When you had reached again out about several more items, I offered a return and asked you to initiate the process through whatnot. You then reported all the items as defected and never initiated a return. I happily gave you the opportunity to return and informed you that all FUTURE shows are as is, which can we seen highlighted in multiple places. I was also never informed about poor packaging or given the opportunity to fix. I never dismissed you, and was extremely apologetic & thanked you. Perfect as usual! Super fast shipping!
