During the stream, I accidentally gave the wrong rug number and immediately asked to change it. The seller refused, even though I personally watched him allow more than 10 other buyers in the same stream to change their numbers after making the exact same type of mistake.
As a consistent, repeat customer, it’s completely unacceptable that he wouldn’t take two minutes to make a simple correction for me while extending that same courtesy to numerous other buyers. I also sent him a polite message afterward explaining the situation and asking for the change, and he couldn’t have cared less during the communication process.
