I spent $60 on ten or so uggs and one was missing one of its pair. They put a snowglobe in a ziploc bag which is beyond me. During the stream I was really excited for these items, even though their shipping was a little outrageous and some of the ‘deals’ made no sense. I bought my items over a weekend and they said the items would be shipped Mon, Tues at the latest- it took until Friday and a message to get my items shipped. Then it was delayed. When I got my items, I was sorely disappointed. Things in a set were put in separate boxes, making it hard to organize; a number of items had flaws that were NOT disclosed; a number of fragiles were even put at the bottom of the box for some reason. And oh my God, the glitter was insanity. If I had known some of these items that had glitter had LOOSE glitter, I would have not bought them, but again, not disclosed. Improper packaging caused everything to be covered in little bits of glitter even when they shouldn’t have had any. I will be cleaning up for days. These guys are new and it shows. Sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations it’s never our intention. Reason your order was in multi boxes was to protect your items and not risk damaging items in one 70lb box, this was done at our own extra cost to ensure item safety. I understand how that might cause confusion. We genuinely believed we described everything accurately during the stream, and I added deals and freebies since you were purchasing a lot.
